yea attack is where its at for those of us who are.. lazy.. but it does require a bit more tallent in the ball handeling area. Just put in the extra effort and think you team needs you dude.

if you can get the goals stay at attack. you dont win without goals. not in relation to you or anything, but if a midfielder has good stick skills and a nice shot but plays bad/average on defence, attack is a good position to fine tune your offensive skills. good luck man

it happened to me this year. i always play middie because im a pretty good with my defensive skills....but this year they moved me to attack. i have played attack b4 so its not a big deal, and i like attack better. playing attack is where all the glory is at. yea we take alot of beatings, but we score, and if ur good u score alot! any way, some tips for playing attack is to basiclly just get a variety of dodges and protect your stick! u sound like u can handle all the stick skills and stuf so i dont think ull have a problem. also when u need to get rid of the ball, look at "x"...on my team we always have som1 there as an outlet pass, i dont no if thats the same for u guys though. it might help if can tell me why u dont like it, like what do u neeed tips on? just playing attack in general?

nothing like that ever happened to me, but today me and the other attackers were performing to our best so coach threatened to bring down some middies.
i dont know if he really meant it tho

If you think that you have a much better outside shot, and are "afraid" of the long poles, then i would suggest that you talk to your coach about maybe putting in an invert offense. That way you will be up top able to use you shooting, and if you set a pick for the middie coming down, your longpole will have to switch with the shorty and you will have your options overflowing from there

The "Hat Trick of Lacrosse" Attackmen ...

1. Get the goals
2. Get the glory
3. Get the girls

Enough said !
