No i tend to think that greer is better but he is playing pretty well right now.
He's on my fantasy team, and I must say I'm VERY impressed. Big fan myself. Him and Mike Leveille, those two could be my favorite attackmen. I haven't really liked attackmen outside of players from UVa. Usually I love middies, like Chris Rotelli, Billy Glading and Kevin Cassese, but now it's expanded. Still, my favorite players will always be d-guys, like Sol Bliss, John Glatzel and Brett Hughes. Oh man, those guys are such superstuds.

I definetly think Greer is the best freshman. He is a middie and he is second in the country in points and first in goals. IM not sure if he is still a middie though, they probably switched him to attack.

I think they did. I agree that Greer is the best freshman so far, but I think Rubeor has done a great job filling in the missing attack spot with Yevoli gone.

Greer is by far the best freshmen, leading the nation with goals, NUFF said, on the goalie side of things, how about Joey Kemp from Notre Dame, outstanding game vs. UNC, also Miles Kass has given Rich D'andrea a run for his money at Georgetown. Jason Carter as Maryland is warming the bench as of now, and the other big gun Alex Hewitt hasnt seen the field as of yet

How is he first in goals and second in points. How do you get points w/o scoring a goal.

Assists count as points. 1 goal = 1 point. 1 assist = 1 point.

now that ive seen that greer is consistently scoring goals in every game, i definitely think hes the best freshman.

That's a good point zizuhyte, he has scored points in every game, I think multiple points in every game in fact. So the argument that he's played more games than Rubeor so of course he'll have more points is somewhat countered because Greer has performed in every one so far. For the record, Greer is still listed as a midfielder but he is playing as an attackman alongside Flannery and Danowski. At least both Greer and Danowski are covered by longsticks but you have to decide which one to cover with your best guy. I would think that would be Danowski, a more dangerous dodger, which leaves Greer to finish which is exactly what he's been doing.
