I did a search, but couldn't find the link.
Anyway, I was looking for the link to some experimental shoulder pads that were used by Syracuse's football team and men's lacrosse team. I think they were used last year.
It was basically a gel shoulder pad on an Under Armour type shirt that was to be used under normal pads. Its intent was to keep the players protected while reducing the bulk.

ya i heard about those and saw video on here, its like rhinoskin covered with gel pockets. from what the video said, they were used as pads, not under them(i dunno how that works for football)

they're supposed to be worn under shoulder pads for now.

damn.... 120$? looks prettty steep for just under armour with gel crap. and like NY said. if someone slashes you in the chest then your in trouble
