Anyone ever given a game ball or token for how they played?

So anyways I got my first game ball for yesturdays game...And thought it was a pretty cool idea...Has anyone else ever been given a game ball or a little token like that from there coach???...JW- thought it was a pretty cool idea.

yea we get stickers to put on our helmets instead of giving out a ball the stickers say game ball on them

my friend was given a stryke pro z titanium for hustle, teamwork, cooperation, etc. in this tournament. i guess every team got one to give away. i got the "honorable mention" cuz i had just bought a new helmet before the tourney. go figure.

we get stickers for our helmets, and last year i was nominated a team mvp, so i got an engraved ball, with our logo, my name and number, and the accomplishment with like a plaque to hold it on, its sick!!!!

I got a gameball last season at our last home game and was voted MVP of our JV team.

Yes we have helmet stickers but our ground ball leader for each game get one of those rubber pig snouts on a rubber band-- like a Halloween mask. It's the "ball hog" award

At the Brown Lacrosse Camp we gave the game ball to our goalie after we won the High School tournament.

In High School I got a gameball and the Spring Sports Coach's Award for Lacrosse as a senior. In college I got an unofficial game ball, and we tried to convince our asst coach to order a bunc of those stickers like you get in elementary school (check pluses and smily faces and scratch & sniff) for good work, he thought it was a hilarious idea and took it into actual consideration for a day or two.

We get game balls at the end of the year for certain categories. During season we have the "Defensive Demon" (would school mascot is the devil so it works out), and the defensive player who plays the best gets this I think pinky from from "Pinky and the Brain". It is pretty sweet, it has a little homeade jersey with a lacrosse pin on it but itselflooks nasty with the bulging eyes and what not.

I got a star on the back of helmet for playing a really good game on a busted shin/ankle. Our coach also gave out certificates to people who earned nicknames. Me, being the ONLY person ont he team who actually had a nickname that people used, DIDNT GET ONE. That makes me so angry. I want my certifi-jawnt. I earned it. I played a whole season being called "sasquatch" and I never got my certificate. Eh. /rant

We had the Taco Bell ball, which was a ball, about half the size of a basketball, made out of Taco bell wrappers that we had from a long bus ride. We gave this to the person who did the best in practice, and the recipient from the last practice chose the new recipient. It was a good idea.

i got given the game ball once after the game. I scored a hat trick which included the game winning goal in a tight game, it was pretty cool.
