Warrior Training shafts

What do you guys think of the warrior training shafts i just ordered one for goalie hoping that it would help me with my quickness.

I think that you just wasted 30 bucks. You could have just put sand inside your shaft to make it heavier!

Yea i did that too for my shaft except i used pennies, its much heavier than sand. Word of advice send it back and oh yea dont put ne other coin in the shaft other than the penny, especially nickels. WOO HOO 100th post.. i feel so special...sleep.

dont worry.
i have the goalie training shaft.
ive been using it for two weeks, and another week ill use it before my first scrimmage. i can already tell that its helping
for what it does, it does a good job.

i have a training shaft, its not a Goalie 1, but its a short stick.... i dont think its a good deal... you could make this thing by yourself for much cheaper with sand or coins like these guys said, i would send it back.
