i have personally played many games with the regular traditional stringing and a like it a lot. the release is ten times smoother with traditional than mesh. when i got my new evo pro i got it stung with the "twisti" traditional pocket and thouroughly enjoyed the characteristics of it. though in my opinion the only set back with traditional is the pretty high maintenance. but i thinnk it is better than mesh. however i do only use traditional in the summer around here due to the crappy weather in the fall, winter, and sometimes spring. overall i think the twisti version was much more accurate and smoother, that would be the version i would suggest if you can put up with the maintenance.

I use the twist pocket on my stick and i absolutely hate the way that ther pocket formed but it throws ok....probably would throw better if it wasnt on a prophecy *hold for laughs*

I use traditional and string my own. I personally think that it has a superior release and hold of the ball and is not that hard to maintain. To string it, I first soak the leathers in warm water and stretch them then dry them off. I then attach them to the head and cut the slits at the bottom of the head using a special tool my dad got at Home Depot. Then I cut the provided crosslace into even thirds, I string the sides and middle first then put a pocket screw in at about half a ball and string the rest. When stringing this way, make sure that you make the top tight and have a GRADUAL loosening of the crosslace towards the bulk of the pocket screw. If you do this right then you practically don't need shooting strings and it is easy to adjust your amount of whip. I string my sticks with six diamonds, one twisted crosslace, and two twisted shooting strings.
