midwest league should be the top 4 teams in a given year... i understand that the midwest league has a regular season schedual... but if im not mistaken becomming ncaa willm ake it impossible to travel more than 300 miles... thus negating the msla... but i think it should be a post season tourney containing the semifinalist teams from ech states d1 tourney

The Semi-fianl idea is pretty good. although, since there are many divisions, how do you pick which division to take? since some of the upper level teams, such as dcd, may be in a lower division, you could be lacking an established power team as opposed to a flash in the pan, such as novi in 2002.

all teams have the option of playing up if they want to prey on weaker teams.... that, i fell should not be rewarded
