How deep is your pocket allowed to be?

it is illegal if you can see a space bewteen the ball and the sidewall
meaning you can't have the ball hang lower then the sidewall

Thanks, I stuck a laX ball in my pocket, wet the trad. stringing and put pencils through the pocket, It's barely legal now. =P And man can I feel the difference, my old pocket was so shallow =/

There is no change about stick rules for NFHS rules. Not sure about canadian.

if you really want a deep pocket that is illegal, just create a pull string that pulls the pocket to make it legal when checked. but be sure to pull after every quarter and tim eout. refs check randomly, and you don't want to be hurting your team byt having an illegal stick.

Nope, we just drop the ball in there. Sounds like you're playing a little risky there, might want to fix that somehow.

If you're caught doing that, you'll recieve an Unsportsmanlike 1 min NR and then your stick will be measured.

That's because it is LEGAL in MLL to cut your palms.

i think it's open to interpretation 'cause it sounded like he was talking about the principles of legality. and ordinarily, palms can't be cut.

What's open to what interpretation? The rules in professional lacrosse allow for the palms to be cut out, HS and NCAA do not.
