i still do it. but it's more like, i run across the crease, shoot it, then fall in. i may dive from behind, but i always keep my feet up before landing. that way i can slide out of the crease.

They allow it in the MLL, and there have been some great shots because of it.

i hav bad expiriences wit the dive. i was jus screwin around in a pick up game, and i dove shoulder first into the goal. seperated shoulder
