we do:
lap

right on right, left on left, over the shoulder
attack does inside shooting, d does long passes
then we do run throughs of plays
pregame snacks:
we had parents provide gatorade and either powerbars or chewy granola bars which did the job.

salt in moderation is not bad, gatorade contains some, just dont consume to much salt, it will dehydrate you in a heartbeat. some salt though makes you drink more, and considering that by the time you are thirsty you are already dehydrated, it isnt a bad thing, just remember, use in moderation

whatever makes me hyper is good. i like to be completely obnoxious during sports, its more fun that way (not rude obnoxious, just crazy). i like to sing, call me strange but eh...
i like to be shot on or shoot on the goalie... sometimes i just like to pick up a ball and start sprinting, and practicing dodges

Thats...pretty weird laxattack...lol. We usually do what Dr.Detroit does. Gatorade and Granola Bar type thing, but I always bring like 3 bottles of water, I drink TONS during games, and I'm always pissing for like 4 hours afterwards, lol.

I usually drink mostly water prior to a game. BUt about 10 min before, I eat a tube of this GU junk, it's a power gel that is purported to give you energy when you need it. And the hype is true, it actually works. It tastes like crap but it does the job. Endurox/Accelerade is pretty good too, for midides mostly.
I usually jog, stretch really good and then I work some ground balls. I usually just try to get some sweat going, not get worn out.
