Lacrosse Videos

I have purchased numerous lacrosse videos as of late...Hoping to learn some tips, techniques, and drills for my team. If any of you are need help in a specific area, you should look at the videos at:

I am also looking for some suggestions...How have you coaches dealt with the more advanced players (those who know they're better than the rest. Is there different ways to train the others to develop as a team? Let me know what you think. Thanks in advance.

My coach challenges the best players on our team. Although we don't have many hotshots he still challenges the top 3-4 people. For some reason he thinks yelling will motivate me....

If anyone steps out of line he just tells them to start running and stop when he says so.
