I have a young inexperienced team that are lacking overall skills
and I need to put in a man up offense that is simple yet effective. Any ideas?

I have a great idea:
1. DONT POST THE SAME THREAD 2 FREAKIN TIMES!
2. TRY THE COACHING, TACTICS, etc. FORUM!
3. READ THE STICKIES, AND THE BIG RED TEXT ON THE POST CREATION PAGE!
4. DO A FREAKIN SEARCH!
