need help

I play golie and need some help from other golies or any one that can help me. I play in middle school and im pretty good but i want to play for my lax team in high school. but one of my biggest fears is not being abul to see the ball. can any one give me tips on how to see the ball better

I'll see if i can get ahold of my coach but all i can say is practice. Get a friend or two and have them shoot on you for hours, or until you feel you want a break.
