The 2005 Men’s Lacrosse Final Four Tournament is being held in Philadelphia at Lincoln Financial Field this year over the Memorial Day Weekend. The two Division I Semifinals will be played on Saturday May 28th, the Division II & II finals on Sunday May 29th, and the Division 1 final is on Monday May 30th, 2005.

Three-day ticket packages are $40 and $60 for the three day event. You can buy tickets to just the Saturday or Sunday games beginning Memorial day weekend. Currently, you can buy only the three day package at the site below:

http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/0200394CBEC1CA9A?artistid=944146&majorcatid=10004&minorcatid=35

If interested, I would encourage you to go to the site a.s.a.p. as good ticket packages are disappearing.

It is an excellent opportunity to see the very best that college lacrosse has to offer, so if you can swing it, I highly encourage it. And don't bring your rulebook; just go and have fun!

I'll be there! I ordered my tickets about 9 months ago, just in case I didn't get assigned to officiate the championship game :chuckle:

You DESERVE to do the game. Is it too late to start a petition??

You DESERVE to do the game.

Thanks for the confidence, but no, I don't deserve it. Just because I know the rules very well doesn't mean there aren't a lot of officials who are a lot better than me overall. Rules knowledge is only part of the package, and while I think it's an area I'm very good at, I'm still working on other aspects of officiating and trying to get better. And, frankly, I don't think I have the desire to do NCAA ball (not that I'd be likely to get the chance living in the upper midwest anyway!).

But thanks!

And--hopefully--good grades! If that's the worst trick your dad ever plays on you, count yourself lucky!

I think they go on sale shortly after the current year's event. I ordered mine last July.

That's too bad, since the event happens during the spring :chuckle:

Yeah, colleges are messed up that way. Some schools have spring break during the winter, too.
