alright so I just finished my first tub of designer whey protein and well it was just all right. I was talking to some teammates and they suggested Nitro-Tech or Muscle Milk. I've heard and read they're both excellent... only thing is Muscle Milk has 8gs of saturated fat(idk if i should b that worried 'bout it?) and I've also heard Nitro-Tech has chemicals in it that would make you test positive for steroid use (idk if that's true?)
I'm in the gym 3 times a week with my team and practice 6 days a week.
so I was wondering if any1 could share their experience with these protein powders?
