hand and glove sizing

i am getting a new pair of gloves and have no clue what size to get!
What size is your hand from the bottom of ur palm to the tip of your middle finger, AND what size glove do u wear.
NOTE: this will help me decide what size gloves to get

I wore a size 14 on my iggies but now i wear a 13.5 and they fit much better. 8 inches from tip of birdie to bottom of palm
