Hmm, I'm interested in this as well...sounds good. Hell, I'd probally pay 20 bucks to just to watch some clips of the guy.

to answer the question, yes. It really helps and is worth every penny. It gives great tips for shooting, dodging, and shows drills to help build up your game. Go get it.

well its probably better for the smaller attackman/middie even though you could learn alot as a big guy you might want to consider buying 1/2 and have another friend pay half
