As of now Ridley High School is the best team in Pa, they are 4-0 and beat defending state champs Lasalle HS. They have a fairly good defense and their offense is very strong. Haverford and Springfield are also good teams. A team from the central div will win states this year sub divis isnt to bad except Bishop Shanahan (worst lacrosse team ever) :nono: u guys are just horrible

Ha i wouldnt go saying Ridley was the best team in PA. Just because they beat the state champs doesnt mean they are the best. All teams have early season problems like LaSalle did. I was at the game and watched a sloppy and mediaocre LaSalle team take Ridley(who was playing their best) into the last second of overtime. If you have heard anything about LaSalle, their coach is a complete hardass and will have them ready....id watch out for them if I were you. Also watch out for Haverford and their Sophmore, left-handed attackman...he is a serious player.

as of now they are ranked number 1 on computer ratings but are 1-2 so i dont know how that works out. i saw them loose 3-18 to McDonogh last month so i dont know about their chances at a state championship, they look pretty sloppy. But its still very early in the season

wats the sophmores name? and ridley's coaches are no joke either. i really don't think lasalle will get another state championship anytime soon i think ridley and haverford will have good teams for the next 3 or 4 years with the young kids they have coming (you act like lasalle has a history ridley has 6 out of the last 10 state championships lasalle got a lucky group of kids last year.)

i was at lasalle vs. ridley, that was not the way lasalle plays lax and if lasalle has to play ridley in the PIAA championships, lasalle will definetly win.

wow octlax, do u acctually think that Lasalle got lucky last year? this school is consistantly good in PA and in the catholic league. And as far as the next couple years what about ridgeway (freshmann middie for lasalles varsity) or john forster?(sophmore)Clearly lasalle is as good as anyone in the state

maybe thats not how ridley plays either.. lasalle will definetly not win man. u probably suck at lacrosse urself so u dream of playing for lasalle and like praise their team... they won ONE state championship last year was the year of lasalle high and the red sox its going to be a while before another :read:

ridley dominated lasalle through 3 quarters, the younger forster who is about 18 and a sophmore had 3 cheap goals beacuse his brother and lombard were too busy gettin shut down by ridleys defense. one quarter of slppoy play was the only reason lasalle even scored. get off lasalles nuts they are not the gods of lacrosse.

best thing ive ever heard in my life!! lasalle got lucky won one state championship and these kids are acting like they are the new york yankies of pa lax... they are nothing compared to schools like ridley and haverford... u fags are on some catho schools nuts for sure

Nah see what you arent seeing is that THEY RAN ALL OVER MALVERN PREP LAST YEAR. And lets look at where malvern preps players are right now.....schraeder starts for lehigh, schnieder starts for PRINCETON, MacKrides is at PSU, Dougherty gets pt at Notre Dahme, and Atkins just won newcomer of the week for nova. But heres the kicker.....Lasalle returned nearly everyone. Im not saying their the yankees of pa lax, hell they probably wont contend next year.....but give them their due, they do have the most offensive talent ive seen in one place in the state.

their offense is good but you can't say that they are the only contender in pa haverfor, ridley, malvern, and maybe springfield all have just as good as a chance.. in pa delco is sick

ive found a team worse than bishop shanahan they go by the name of RADNOR... they have a hard schedule but no excuse for 0-5

How can you say that LaSalle got lucky? Every team plays a bad game, and the Ridley Game was obviously LaSalle's bad game. Who beat Malvern by about 5 goals? LaSalle. Who lost to Malvern by 5 goals? Ridley. Case closed. Just because Ridley won a few state championships 5 years ago doesnt mean they are lacrosse gods either! I think we have some ****y *** Ridley players on these boards.

Lasalle 12, haverford 11, thats all the proof i need. even with casey o rourke scoring 5 goals (2 sick behind the back shots) lasalle still beat them and eveytime the fords scored a goal lasalle answered them

i agree with mclax about radnor, they suck this year,there definetly missing sum of thier kids that graduated (chris earley,scott kahoe)
