i need help with stringing my trakker pocket

i just got a new trakker pocket and it looks like it has a problem. it has two 16 inch strings going across it at the top. anybody know what they do or if i should cut them?

They are there to wrap shooting laces around... I don't know if they are on the guys version, but deffinently the girls version. If you look at any debeer stick you will see how the shooting strings are wraped around them.

I can't get the pic off the website, but if you go to debeer, then acessories and click on the right arrow untill you come to the trakker, you can see the two strings, coming out in four places ( two on each side at each level).

they do nothing on the men's stringing

but has anyone noticed that in the instructions, the way they string the top lace changes
they go through the loops at the top of the pocket when they show you how to string it, but when it shows the shooting strings, they punch holes in the top of the pocket
whats up with that?
