I've been looking, and can't seem to find any website that has decent men's rules. Is there a limit to the number of shooting strings I can Have? I play highschool if that changes anything.

No, there is no limit to # of shooting strings in the rules. Just do not let them dangle more than 6 inches off the head and you will be okay.

Well, there is a physical limit. If you put too many shooting strings on, eventually you'll reach a critical mass that will result in the head of the stick collapsing into a black hole. Come to think of it, once this happens the stick is no longer legal, since its length will be less than 40 inches; it would also be too dangerous to allow on the lacrosse field. :chuckle:
But CoachRob is right, the rules don't specify a limit on the number of shooting strings.

BTW, for NCAA Men's Lacrosse Rules, see:
http://www.ncaa.org/library/rules/2005/2005_m_lacrosse_rules.pdf
There's also a thread on this forum discussing NCAA vs. NFHS rule differences; search the rules forum for "NCAA NFHS Rules" and you should turn it up. I'd do it for you, but my internet connection is painfully slow tonight for some reason.
