a really, really good team plumeted and went totally down the drain...anyone seen this before? its depressing..
last year the second game we played was against southlake--a really strong team who ended up beating us quite miserably.but it was the begining of our season, and we knew they were hardcore, so we shook it off until this year when we'd getta play them again.
well, tomorrow morning, we play them.
I, being the goalie, have been a lil nervous for the past couple of days, until i read in the paper that ursuline (who we beat 15-6), who only started their program 2 years ago, beat them twice, and the last score was 11-4.
so im thinking....what the helllll happened?!
they lost a lot of good players, and now a lot of them dont care, and their former built, intense teamis going down the drain. how anyone else seen this before, 'cause its kinda annoying me that they are just giving up. the competition has lowered a lot, and sure, i should be happy that they arent so much of a threat anymore, but im sad for them!
