is any one from frederick hear ??????????? we dont have the strongest lax out their but we do hav some pretty good teams. linganor is allways very good. urbana is also consistantly good. their are other rising teams in frederick. eventualy we will compeat with baltimor. but that wont happen fpr a few years now. any way if you do play in frederick leave your name teame grade and age pleass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
