Hey everyone! My name is Jason and I'm new to this board and lacrosse. My school has just made a lacrosse "club"(since C.I.F. hasn't approved it as a sport yet) and I've decided to join it. I wish i found out about lacrosse sooner cus it combines everything i like. Anyways, I was wondering how you cradle with one-hand? I've got cradling with two hand down already and just want to get a jump ahead in the game. Thanks for your help!

hey just a tip for you, for your first year playing lacrosse focus on using two hands. its bad to focus on one hand before you develop your skills too much. my first year my coach said no one was allowed to go one handed at all. it was good get your stick skills good and strong and be able to do your offhand fairly decent, then start developing one handed. just my advice

he's right. my coach did the same thing where no one can due one-handed anything. First develop your skills with two hands, get your dodges and everything down. Then learn to develop dodges that go from two-hands then switching to one-handed and so forth...you'll began to no worry about being two handed or one, but just whats best for the situation your in...
