Tips?

Cheat, Cheat, and then Cheat some more.

Just do it carefully, and at an intelligent frequency so you don't get caught often.

I was reading that article yesterday, it's pretty helpful, but I guess it's more geared towards beginners. Either way, it has some good tips. It's worth the three minutes to read it.

Lookin at the stats now, yup sure did win almost all of them. Just can't handle the short stack of solid muscle. We gettin a league together this summer?

Franks face it, you're Dad wasn't that strong. I hardly lie about my weight lifting. I have no need to. Ask JJ, he seen my legs and that they are tree trunks and good at exploding into little kids who want their daddies to be the biggest and strongest guy they know lol

Not arrogant when its true. Plus you all could probably out lift me by a ton when it comes to bench. I can only bench like 180 lol. Some parts on my body just develop very well due to genetics, i.e. my legs and back. I don't know why. Like my bench has maybe gone up 30 lbs in the last year while my squat has gone up around 150 lbs. Its all about genetics.
