After conditioning the other day, I threw up my guts... I was just wondering, is this bad for you? Is there any offical sites on the internet that have more information about it or anything? Just a little curious, thanks in advance!

It means you probably worked yourself too hard i.e., overheated. It's not a problem unless you do it everyday. I used to have a wrestling coach that, in reference to conditioning, said "You're not done til you throw up twice."

You were probably dehydrated.

That just brings back bad memories of high school wrestling...just make sure you stay hydrated and know when to stop. Too many people want to push themselves that extra mile and while it's a good mentality, don't do anything stupid. I have that problem regarding my asthma because I feel I have to really push myself to work harder and I wind up having to spend more time on the sidelines from over exherting myself.

Yeah mate same deal! brings back memories of training at a combat academy (fancy that Gracie ju jitsu) You get all dizzy your trainers standing there with a bucket trying to get five more reps out of you and all you wanna do is lie down! That stuff is character building. Try doing it in the morning you normally feel heaps good straight after that initial period of hurling. Make sure you give yourself enough recovery time and get some extra protein. Then you'll get great results!
