you take an old wooden shaft. drill a hole threw the middle, take some rope then tie the rope to the shaft. now take a light weight and tie it to the rope. hold your arms out straight and roll up the weight, the roll it back down

Find a wall, add a boom box, and throw against the wall. Best advice i can give, make games for yourself, try to hit certain bricks, tape off a target, have fun with it...

I just go out with my stick and ball and throw around with it every once in a while for a little bit at different times during the day. When I get bored usually. I dont go out for runs that much, but I will start to later. I'm healing from an injury right now and its the summer anyway.

I put my trampoline on the side and taped off a 6x6 goal on it, then put little x's and my friend and I competed to see who could knock the x off first.
Trampolines make awesome rebounders... the ball doesnt go anywhere so its better than a wall so you dont lose the ball

Great way to have a faster shot is throw against the wall one handed at first it is diffacult but throw it high to high and practice the wrist snap

I do weight training a lot (everyday) during the summer, I run 2 miles, and I also swim a mile. I know thats a lot, but my legs keep getting stronger each year.

im a new player, but i do have some advice. practice everything full speed. not only does it help endurance, but when your beating the defender with some jet like speed, it helps to have cradled and shot at the speed your currently going. ive recently learned im quick /fast from parents, so now i'm trying to go full speed around cones and such so that i can utilize my speed. as to getting in shape, get a dog, and promise your mom you'll walk it everyday. you'll then be pressured to go outside, and you might as well run if you have to at least walk.
