"Dude" you are the same person as "funnyboy". Nice try trying to protect yourself and talking retarded in your wanting a shaft thread.

How come no one in the Equipment Forum reads the sticky saying "Don't make 'this vs. that' threads." These are useless you have to try the stuff out yourself, it's all preference.

Warrior42 is a jerk who goes around trying to pick fights with other memebers. Look through some of the other threads, he always tries to pick out something that someone does wrong

Are you kidding me? It's not picking a fight it's proving a point and all I do is explain to people the rules of the forums because it's annoying seeing repetitive threads and threads in the wrong forums. Don't talk.

Let's see some threads where I "pick fights"

npaw2009your new. I dont need to say much more, but i think I will. This is TLF, now don't take this personally cus its not you, but it has become full of useless threads because of some like this. In defense of warrior42 the kid knows what hes talkin about and hes a vet to this site, and has some valueble input (not trying to kiss a$$). To keep on topic: DB803 would be my choice, darn light but may have some durability issues.

i have tried them both out and i cant decide. i have an stx c405 and it defintitly performs up to potential, but im looking for something even lighter but i also need durability with it. i kno im definitly getting a torque next year so if i got the db803 i would have a stick thats as light as air. but then theres a problem with durability...

Go with either. I asked a qc lax rep and he said that the 803 is just slightly weaker than a c405 but a helluva lot lighter. I have one on my eclipse and I love it. Never buying a different shaft.
Strength wise its between a cu31 and a c405

Depends on what u want
Db803: extreme lightness but pretty fragile
Stx c405: light and very sturdy
