Can Am lacrosse

Anyone in here play can am lax?

Tonight is the my first practice with the Niagara Hawks.

I just wanted to know how tough the competition is..

I watch a lot of summer box, but I've never seen a Can-Am game and don't have a good feel for the level.

My guess is that it's a little lower than Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) Sr. B. OLA B features a handful of NLL level players (a couple per team) and I just don't see the same kind of names on Can-Am

So figure high-level competitive play that's about a full step lower than NLL.

Should be a perfect place for a talented field player to learn how to play real box.

it's actually a division of the OLA
it is Senior B.. it's based in the lower portion of Ontario Niagara/Buffalo area.

It's Senior B, but I'm pretty sure it's not run by the OLA....OLA has their own 9 team Senior B league that doesn't include Can-Am.

Nothing close to the Niagara area...I guess Burlington (if they rejoin the league) and Six Nations are closest.
