I had a scandium for about 2 years and it held up well, it had too many dents to use any more.

Klytes are better than scandium IMO. I really like the kung-fu though so it's preference.

How come no one in the Equipment Forum reads the sticky saying "Don't make 'this vs. that' threads." These are useless you have to try the stuff out yourself, it's all preference.

scandiums are lighter by a little and strong as hell but youd better get one of the first generation ones cause those are the best (if you can find it maybe on lax shopper)

The first generation scandiums blow the current klytes out of the water... The lighest shaft I ever held and strong too..
