I was wondering, what are the requirements to be a high school All-American for lacrosse?

No, you have to be a good fisherman. You also have to have caught 10 fish for every game you score 5 or more goals in.

And don't those fish have to be trout? Or maybe I'm confusing that with All-American football players, maybe it's salmon.

I think there is some info on uslacrosse, well I am pretty sure there is for girls so I am assuming there is for guys too.

probaly get a lot of points or groundballs or saves depending on your position

You have to get voted by a panel of coaches, so basically you have to stand out during the season and get recognized.
