I was using my STX Ti in my game today and got 3 nice dents in it and it also bent near the head. The bend isnt REALLY apparent when you hold it up and look at it but the minute you stick a head on it you can tell.
I bought it from Bacharach about 3-4 weeks ago.
I'm just curious if Bacharach would replace it or if i have to send it to STX for a replacement. Also would they replace it if it's bent or does the shaft have to be broken?

If you have a proof of purchase from bacharach (a reciept or something) then they will give you a new one free of charge. You may want to call/e-mail them first to see how quickly you can get your new one, and if there could be any problems.

ive had problems returning shafts that are slightly bent. they usualy want you to be broken before they replace it, bent or not. but call them up and see.

i know this forum is kinda old but do dark, do companies really all give a 1 year warrnaty on all their products? because sometimes, I see descriptions that sway 12 month warranty while sometimes I see nothing in the description

12 months= 1 year.
All products from warrior, brine, stx, and gait have 1 year warranties. The harrows have 6 month and 1 replacement warranties on the shafts.

i beleive that any shaft like the f15 or the cu31 and above all have warenties, aluminum shafts do not.

Yeah, Aluminum shafts and Warrior Titanium D Shafts do not offer warranties. All other shafts do.
I don't know why the Titan D shafts don't have warranties. Any ideas? I maintain that it is because they suck and can be dented on alloy triaxes.
