For heads the Prophecy is bad because of the "control fingers" or whatever they are called. i would stick to a good stiff head (X2, Edge) and for the shafts Klyte is good choice. W.e you do dont get an Ignite, they coul quite possibly be the weakest pole I have ever seen.

Personally I have a X2 on a Klyte, with hard mesh. The thing is a beast and has held up like charm.

when i started defense i used an AL6000. Its heavy as anything but it can break sticks worth a lot more than it is. I think tbsundae899 has set a record for pointless posts on one thread

I'd spend more money on the shaft and save money on the head. If the shaft bends or breaks, you're screwed. Great Atlantic has a sale on new strung head that has been time tested well for D: Brine Edge with Mid Moster Mesh for $24.99. Then spend more on the shaft -- don't get plain aluminum. A Warrior Platinum Alloy for about $65 is a lot of bang for the buck. Decent strength and light.

I say do whatever and get more money, maybe a loan from your parents or something. Instead of getting a terrible pole, get something you would like to have that's more durable and dependable. The x2 even for the money isn't a bad idea either, neither is the edge.
