I might be coming across a new womans wooden shaft for like $5 could i use it at attack, its 31" but im not sure if my head would fit on? would the refs call it...yea i know its a stupid question but i wanna try one lol

The thinner diameter and wood construction are rulebook legal. But that's the least of your problems. At 31 ft, your complete stick will be about 24.5 ft beyond legal defensive stick length.
