how much rit dye do i use

im not doing a fade or anything im just doing a solid color for the whole stick

what color are you doing it? and if your doing it dark just put the whole packet of rit dye in the bucket and keep checking on it tell its aiight

And if you're doing dark blue, or black leave it in extra long so that it doesnt come out purple...

im using liquid rit and im doing 1 light color and 1 dark color but confeti so whole stick

i usually do 2 packet of each, the color is darker, fuller and more vibrant

If you follow the instructions on the package, and just keep it in the dye long enough, you can get any shade of the color you are using. It doesn't really matter how much dye you use, but rather how long you use it, at least this is what I have experienced
