Is there any rule that would penalize a coach for always yelling at everyone on the other team or at the ref? constantly opposing coaches are trying to call the game from the sidelines or yelling at the refs for them to call something or when they think its a bad call, or when the other coach yells at me saying that i did something wrong or telling me not to do something. It does get annoying but the refs never do anything about it.

Grant them the serenity of perspective, Rebel.
I had two coaches of middle school teams who were both vocal and sarcastic, so I called them together at the quarter and 'splained that I had a laundry list of things I could be doing besides listening to them, but I was there abrogating my weekend because I had a good deal of respect for what they were trying to accomplish and felt that I could comtribute by officiating their game.
This little bit of 'we're all on the same mission, gents' pep talk resulted in a much calmer sideline and gave the coaches an opportunity to share their grievences about the other's team's play with each other instead of with me.
I will seriously consider calling an official's timeout next time the din becomes un-zenlike and repeat my little rant. I suggest that you do the same.
Life's too short to put up with that kind of shyte.

And if they don't comply, I grant you two tools: the conduct foul, and the USC foul. Use them wisely.

^^^Thank you, sensei!
I hate my coach. *rebel-in-disguise-as-preppie-middle-schooler*
He constantly critiques the refs, often in innapropriate ways. I really don't want to make him think I'm undermining his authority, so I usually keep my mouth shut about it, though. Usually.
