This cardio-program has been created for sports like hockey,football,lacrosse.
It's a 3 times a week program.
YOU SHOULD NOT DO IT 2 DAYS IN A ROW !!
make sure you got a day off between trainings days
Drink before, while doin it, and after (not beer), drink a lot, it'll help you out.
