This cardio-program has been created for sports like hockey,football,lacrosse.

It's a 3 times a week program.

YOU SHOULD NOT DO IT 2 DAYS IN A ROW !!

make sure you got a day off between trainings days
Drink before, while doin it, and after (not beer), drink a lot, it'll help you out.

If u 've got any questions, just ask !

yeah, it's made for football and lacrosse.
high intensity then its kinda slow...then boom ! high intensity again !

ha those are the sports i play ill lift weights one day do your thing the next day left wieghts the nextday and then have a restday somewere in there
