Title says it all. Right now I run, jump rope, and bike every other day.

you might want to bike everyday. you just have to work out more. iver never had that problem but i had a friend who dropped from 25percent to about 12 this year. he lifted a lot and ran whenever he could.

its not just how you exsersize a HUGE part of it is how you eat
if you are doing cardio everyday or everyother day (good hard intense cardio) then it might be how your eating

Wrestle. I dropped from 18% to 11% in one season.

when you wrestle the take weight loss very seriously since they want you to be able to wrestle in a lower weight class.
