How do i make my shots harder?

anyone have any suggestions on how to make my shots harder & faster?

people will tell you alot of stuff about this but the best way is to shoot untill you cant any longer get a goal a stick and a ball and shoot for an hour a day and you will see dramatic improvement in a month

Well that does work but try not to throw out your arm in the process. For me as a side arm or slightly underhanded shot I try to treat it like a baseball bat and swing the stick like that. Its not my intention but it feels as if I am doing it like that. Pretty much if you throw some of your weight into it it does intensify the shot.
