My friend and I are arguing about whether this is illegal. I have recently restrung my back-up stick and the ball won't come out when held parallel to the ground. It isn't caught on the plastic sidewall or anything, but is instead caught on the shooters. It gets caught on a normal V-shooter in a soft mesh pocket. Even after shaking it won't come out.
Any ideas? Sorry if this isn't clear. If you need any more descriptions or anything, just ask. If you need pics I'll try to get some up.

Illegal.
Anything that fails to roll out at the horizontal test is a 3:00 NR, regardless of how it's kept in there.

Thanks a lot. I wasn't sure if it was illegal because only shooters impeded it from falling. I'll have to restring yet again now.

Your stick is illegal, just like this: http://www.lax.com/bimages/1444/95
The ball must roll out freely.
