Here's what I have for this one. Bold text is new:
SECTION 9 ENFORCEMENT AFTER SLOW WHISTLE
In all cases when a goal is not scored, the ball is awarded to the team fouled (the attacking team), at the spot where the ball was when play was suspended. Exceptions: (1) A flag down at the end of the period which creates an even situation; see 4-3. (2) A simultaneous foul situation in which the team in possession accrues more penalty time then the defense. (3) A subsequent dead ball foul changes possession.

Why did you leave out:
If the ball was in the goal area when play was suspended it shall be restarted outside the goal area nearest to the spot of the ball at the time of the whistle.??
And (3) should probably read:
(3) A subsequent dead ball foul against the team with, or entitled to, possession awards the ball to the opponent.

Because I didn't quote the whole rule. If I'd intended that text to be deleted I would have indicated that.
And (3) should probably read:
(3) A subsequent dead ball foul against the team with, or entitled to, possession awards the ball to the opponent.
Good idea! But what if we say:
(3) A subsequent dead ball foul against the team entitled to possession awards the ball to the opponent.
Since having possession and being entitled to it are essentially the same thing during a dead ball.

That's fine. And I figured you'd just not written that part, but I wanted to make sure you were not planning on eliminating it, because it is needed for clarity.

So here's the final version:
