What is the best way to learn about lax for a player? Is to drill ie. stick work, practice man down or man up situations, facing off etc... Or is it to play in games and scrimmage?

wall ball, lol. watch as many as lax games as you can to. umm always carry ur stick around with you and cradle with it! the man down and up is usally just at practice. facing off, no idea dont do it

Hey just do a bunch of wall ball. Also use the search button there is a lot of threads that could really help you out
