might want to put your state and city with luck there will be someone there...thats your best bet if you dont have friends.....and watch your butt if someone does comeover there are some psycos out there

Its not like lacrosse tricks are complicated... just hard to do
Do this quickly:
Balance ball on side of head
Throw up, hit on stick
Balance ball again on side of head
Catch ball
See... doesnt really work online

well actually i understood that one. try telling someone how to do an indian pick-up and we have a problem.

ok let me try first you come up to the ball drag your head towards the ball you keep going intil the bal hits the side wall then drag it the opposite way and right before the ball hits the opposite side wall flick your wrist up so the ball gets into your head
side note the ball should always be by the top of the head

Well actually indian pick up isnt too hard to explain in words neither is around the world. Around the world you basically just shoot around your body like if yor right handed wrap your stick around your body shooting it behind you and on your left side. Best way to learn tricks and all is really just practicing messed up stuff like shootin behind your head, through your legs, mid air jumping off someones shoulders (I actually tried that in a game than took a long pole right in my nuts) so yah just practice odd stuff that you normally wouldnt do
