i''m a goalie and was lookin for a good workout to improve my hand eye coordnation, flexibility and overall quickness

I know at my school sometimes they have our goalies hold the stick upside down and then have someone else throw tennis balls at them (not that hard) and the goalies try to blcok it with just the shaft.

bring a goal up to a huge brick wall, about 2 feet away from it
get in net so that you are facing the wall, and have a friend shoot (tennis balls work just as well if you dont want to get hit alot) from behind
you cant see the shot so its all quick reaction from seeing it hit the wall right infront of you
