I have been lifting weights for a couple of months and I keep getting blisters on the are where your fingers attach to you palms. I thought by now I would have calises(sp?) but I dont. What would you suggest I do and would weight lifting gloves help me to get less blisters or are they just for a better grip

they are to prevent calises. either get those or just get used to it. i get them from lifting and my lacrosse shaft, but after awhile i got used to it.
