top string

do you know how to keep your top string from getting all cut up on the asphault i mean other then like not playing on asphault... i.e. pickups or string mods i dont know

try putting some tape on it maybe so the tape gets all messed up as opposed to ur stringing/mesh. A nice thick piece of duct tape or clear duct tape or whatever u have should work nicely

Just take a lighter and lightly, go over the string that gets ripped, start to put the flame near it so it starts to get hard. Other option may to put glue on it.

use a leather instead, they last longer and will still work when frayed
