Ok im sure you are all aware of the mercy rule, with a 10 goal lead you go to a running clock. As far as i know its an NCAA rule new this year. But shouldnt they have gone to a running clock durring the Maryland/Duke game? they were up by 10 for a while.
And i know that its at the coaches desgretion*sp?* but it is mandiotry in the 4th quarter.

The mercy rule only applies to NFHS rules for high school games.

RJR - I see your from NC, and the rule you are speaking of was a rule that the North Carolina High School Lacrosse Association enacted this year. Even though they play NCAA rules they took the HNAtional federation of High School mercy rule and modified it.
