i just strung up a liquid with jimalax catapultion mesh and it is throwing higher than im aiming the sidewalls are tight the shooters progress high tight to low loose and the top string is tight what could it be (i just strung it today could it be that the pocket is shallow)

Tighten the shooting strings and maybe loosen the bottom string. You also could have searched or looked at the FAQ.

Probably because the pocket is shallow.

No, it's probably because it's a liquid (lol). Actualy, in some ways I'm being serious. The floating sidewall triangles may be in some way obstructive. You can cut them out and string the sidwall to the top rail; people have done it and it does or supposedly works well. Or you can tighten your top shooter up and give it some whip to get rid of that.

sometimes tightening the bottom shooting string will give it a little more whip/lip and might make it throw more to your preference. Test it out
