I need some help with my new shaft

I have a kind of stupid problem. Im new to lacrosse and I just got a new shaft. It came in the mail and I started trying to unscrew the screw the came put in the shaft so I could put my head on but it won't come out, no matter how much I unscrew it. What's wrong?

u probly striped the head of the screw or try putting oil on it

Some screw are put into the shaft past the threads giving the illusion that thet are stripped. I had this problem when I ordered my Titan classic from Lax.com. The solution is to place the shaft into a vice (I suggest wrapping the part of the shaft being placed in the vice with a rag to prevent an extranious damage) and then use a flat-head screwdriver to pry the head of the screw upwards will using and electric drill to work the screw up until the thread catches. After that you can stop prying on the screw and continue unscrewing. Though not necessary, a little WD-40 never hurts.

dont then u will defenetly brake the screw hole and might crack the shaft

No, you won't break the screw hole or crack the shaft. I did this with no damage to the shaft or screw hole at all, and trust me I was very careful to ensure that.

just be really carefull and try to use a wrench and turn the head until it gets loose and you can pull it out
