Pretty much just do a role dodge, then right when you finish it do a split dodge. Say your goin righty, do a role dodge to the left, then the second you finish your role, do a split dodge back to the right.

thats a good one.... another good one is if you do a swim and then once you come back down switch hands and roll. it works for me up at midfeild because i can usually get free enough to get a shot off.

Thats the finalizer. You do it from the X, but when you split back try to split under so that you make a U motion with the head. It works better since you should be very tight with the d-man after the roll.

yeah. never try it if u are a few steps ahead of yur Dman. I went to try it in practice once and rolled right back into a huge defenseman.
The easiest and one of the most effective dodges is just a roll dodge. I usually drive towards the net and if a defenseman starts puhing me i'll slow down a little so he gets in front of me and then roll inside and get a shot.
