How do you expect to cradle if you can't even get your hand in the glove?

ask ur teammates if they have old extra gloves that are bigger then the ones you have now i guess...

you can cut the palm of the extra golve or ask a teamate for an old pair of big gloves

I actually did this, and it's not too tough. Your thumb is stationary, so you need to cut the opening on your gloves. Just trim it back at the seem, and don't do it on your normal gloves, use a backup (old pair). If they didn't fit before, it doesn't matter, you'll make them bigger. I'd then tape it on. Keep in mind, you're part of a team. If you're not as effective with the cast, don't hurt your team because you want to play. Work on stick tricks, one handed behind the back passes from your ankles and so on.
I played my last college game with a cast on, and it wasn't that bad for me, but I got lucky. My cast was hidden by my glove (broken thumb), but I still couldn't cradle, or get any power on my shots or passes. The other team didn't know it, and still put their best defender on me, which kept us in the game, and took some pressure of the other attacks. Good Luck.
On a side note. You should take calcium pills that contain magnesium (you need mag. to absorb calcium) and make sure the pills are calcium citrate. Carbonate pills may have all the calcium you need, but your body cannot break it down in order to absorb it. Just a heads up.
